We offer a distinctive business model merging personal and commercial storage solutions, featuring a range of units tailored to various needs.Our smaller storage units serve as convenient hubs for trade companies, providing accessible spaces for storing surplus equipment, readily available for team retrieval round the clock, seven days a week.

Located at two prime spots, including our main facility on Ormiston Road and a supplementary site with dedicated workshops in Papakura, we ensure proximity and accessibility for all our clients.You can find our administrative office conveniently situated off Ormiston Road, on Jarvis Way, East Tamaki, facilitating smooth coordination and support for all your storage requirements.

Meet The Team

Our office in Jarvis Way is manned by an all-female Team. Magdalena and Candice in the office, is your first port of call. We have our Groundskeeper Liz, out and about on site. We believe our tenants are an extension of our Whanau. Here to answer any queries and to deal with problems that might occur. There is always a good conversation to be had when visiting us including a laugh or two.

What are the opening hours?

Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Saturday 9am to 12 noon
Sunday and public holidays - closed
Tenants have 24/7 access

Can I pre-book a unit?

Units are prebooked for a maximum of 10 days.

Do you help load/unload?

There are trolleys to help with move in/out goods, enquire at the office. For larger items/pallets there is a forklift available to hire during office hours only

What is the minimum contract period?

All Units are payable a month in advance on signing of contracts. However refunds will include pro rata balance of the monthly payment made, when moving out.

Privacy Policies

Goods are stored at your own risk and are not insured by WorkStore.
No hazardous, illegal, stolen, inflammable, explosive, environmentally harmful or perishable goods are allowed to be stored on site.
All payments are to be made in advance at all times.
The units are for storage and /or business only(depending on your contract) and tenants must not carry out any other activity in the space, this includes living and sleeping.
Tenants may be refused access if their account is overdue. Communication regarding the state of your account will be done via email/letter.

Notice Period

Unlike other storage companies we only require one weeks’ notice on our self-storage Units.
The contracts are flexible so suitable for short or long term storage.
Refunds will include your deposit paid and the pro rata rate of the month paid.
This is all dependent on the unit being left clean and with no damage.
