Goods are stored at your own risk and are not insured by WorkStore.
No hazardous, illegal, stolen, inflammable, explosive, environmentally harmful or perishable goods are allowed to be stored on site.
All payments are to be made in advance at all times.
The units are for storage and /or business only(depending on your contract) and tenants must not carry out any other activity in the space, this includes living and sleeping.
Tenants may be refused access if their account is overdue. Communication regarding the state of your account will be done via email/letter.
Notice Period
Unlike other storage companies we only require one weeks’ notice on our self-storage Units.
The contracts are flexible so suitable for short or long term storage.
Refunds will include your deposit paid and the pro rata rate of the month paid.
This is all dependent on the unit being left clean and with no damage.
